Using TechX
TechX provides digital-rights monitoring, evidence, and takedown operations for authorized clients. You may use the service only for lawful purposes and only where you have the rights or authority to submit content and enforcement requests.
Client responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of ownership information, URLs, and instructions submitted to TechX. Do not submit fraudulent, abusive, or knowingly inaccurate infringement claims.
Administrative access
Administrative accounts are personal, must remain confidential, and may be disabled for misuse or unauthorized access. Owners are responsible for managing invited administrators and reviewing account activity.
